Welcome to Day 1 of our 30 Days of Kindness Challenge! We're looking forward to hearing about the nice things you do for yourselves and others. If you're having trouble getting started here are a few ideas:
*Do one thing on your to-do list that you've been meaning to do for a while. (Kindness towards ourselves is particularly important right now.)
*Send an email to someone you care about, letting them know what a difference they've made in your life.
*Send a text to someone you haven't talked to in a while and ask them how they're doing.
As you can see, these are all easy (free!) options. You can certainly send a gift basket to someone, and they will definitely love it, but that's not necessary. (Not every day at least. 😉) You have to start somewhere, and if you're having trouble getting started, just start with a text. Let us know how it goes. 💙
