Today was absolutely thrilling! We had the unique opportunity to observe the Columbus Division of Police K-9 unit in action as these talented dogs honed their incredible skills. It was amazing to see them sniff out substances hidden in cars and a mini-bus.
They also performed luggage inspections. It seemed like a walk in the park for them, as they effortlessly identified items just by casually walking past them. These pups are truly impressive!
The highlight? Watching them get rewarded with their favorite treats after successfully identifying contraband. It's clear that these dogs are not just skilled but also deeply loved and well-cared for.
We are grateful for this eye-opening experience and the dedication of both the handlers and their four-legged partners in keeping our community safe.
