What a fantastic day we had at the Boys & Girls Club of Newark for our latest Starfish Connect event! We were absolutely thrilled to have the FBI - Cincinnati join us, bringing along some of their amazing gear and tools.
The kids were totally captivated, asking all sorts of questions and dreaming big about their futures. Special thanks to Assistant Special Agent in Charge Zrinka Dilber for inspiring our young attendees with stories about life as an FBI agent and encouraging them to become agents themselves!
One unforgettable moment was when the children received cards with their own fingerprints – what a cool keepsake!
We also enjoyed the wonderful company of Deputies May and Shook from the Licking County Sheriff's Office, who brought smiles and joy, adding to the excitement of the day.
A huge thank you to the staff at the Newark Boys & Girls Club and all the fantastic kids who joined us. Your enthusiasm truly makes these events spectacular!
Stay tuned for next month's event at the Licking County Courthouse for a mock trial experience with the Newark Law Director and Judge George. It's going to be another exciting learning adventure!
