Big shoutout to our dear friend and board member, Columbus Division of Police Deputy Chief Tim Myers, who couldn't join us for this week's coat drive due to a well-deserved vacation. But guess what? We found a creative way to keep his spirit alive at the event!
Thanks to an idea of two of our board members, we had a life-size cutout of Tim – affectionately dubbed 'Flat Tim' – join us! It was a big hit, adding a touch of humor and reminding us of the strong bond we all share.
We're all smiles thinking about Tim's reaction when he discovers how 'Flat Tim' made a special guest appearance (which he'll find out when he reads this post)!
We missed you, Tim, but your cardboard twin sure kept us entertained! Can't wait to share the stories with you.
