🎉🐾 Celebrating a Pawsome Birthday and Milestone 🐾🎉
Today, we had the pleasure of attending a fur-tastic celebration at Columbus Division of Police Headquarters as we marked the first birthday of CPD Therapy Dog Maverick!
Not only did Maverick turn one, but he also completed his therapy dog certification. Chief Elaine Bryant presented him with his very own badge while his partner, Officer Dave Miller, and Commander, Dave Hughes, smiled proudly.
We're honored to have the CPD Therapy Dog Unit as friends of Starfish. These incredible canines have been a cherished part of our community events and they've inspired children through our Books & Badges program.
Being part of Maverick's special day and sharing in this joyous occasion was a delight. Congratulations, Officer Maverick! Here's to many more happy years of spreading love, comfort, and support to those who need it most.
