RREACT October Event

What an incredible day it was at the RREACT Community Safety Day at the Columbus Division of Fire Academy! We love being included in this event and are always honored to receive an invitation!

The spirit of this event is truly heartwarming. So many agencies, businesses, and charities come together to provide assistance to people. More than 350 bags of food were distributed to those in need, showing the power of community and compassion in action.

But that’s not all! The event also provided vital health options, including Narcan and both flu and COVID shots, making a significant impact on the well-being of our community.

A big shoutout to our board members, including Columbus Division of Police Deputy Chief Tim Myers, who attended and contributed to the day’s success. Chief Myers, alongside other CPD officers, added fun to the event by handing out snake snap bracelets to the children, who were thrilled to receive them.

It was not just a day of giving, but also a celebration of community strength and unity. We were thrilled to be a part of it and can’t express enough how much this means to us.

A heartfelt thank you to the organizers for inviting us and for all their hard work orchestrating such a wonderful gathering. Thanks also to all the participants, who help make this event special, and to all the fun and friendly attendees who bring smiles to our faces. See you in April!
