This moment captures the heart of what we do. We partnered with Columbus police officers to help this family have a happy Christmas. As we were preparing to leave, the mother asked if she could hug Starfish Founder/President Nicole Banks. During the embrace, she began to cry, telling us that things have been really hard for the family and we have no idea what this means to them. It was a profound reminder for all of us of the great impact we have when we come together.
