Please welcome to the Starfish family Glendale Police Department, our first-ever out-of-state agency. As you can imagine, we are very excited to be working with them and honored to see our program extending across the country to California.
The officers of their Community Relations Team will soon be taking Books & Badges into Glendale's schools. Like our other 11 agencies, they will incorporate patrol officers into the events, giving them a fun opportunity to interact with the children whose neighborhoods they patrol. Of course, every child will go home with a copy of the book the officer read to them.
